Ben Graves oversees the overall strategy and direction of Longbranch.  Ben has launched multiple successful multifamily platforms over his career and grown a development footprint spanning the East Coast and South Central. Ben’s legal background provides a keen ability to navigate complex developments, while maintaining a commitment to deliver value for all involved.

Ben is a graduate of the South Carolina Honors College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He also served as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at the London School of Economics.
